The Bell Tree is open for community use!

The Bell Tree is a great place to host your party or event. Willow Hall can easily accommodate up to 100 people and is available to rent by the hour or for a full day, including a serving kitchenette, lounge and restrooms. Willow Hall is suitable for birthday parties, classes, family get-togethers, concerts, jam sessions, dances and more! Tables and chairs are available to set up as you please.

Rental Request

All requests need to be reviewed and approved by the Bell Tree board and require a rental deposit to secure the rental. Submission of this rental request form does not confirm your rental – please wait for confirmation via email or phone. Typical rental fee for the facility is $40 per hour. Financial assistance may be available to those who qualify.
